This is a screenshot taken from Rita Ora's most recent single called 'poison'. This particular scene caught my attention as most female artists have a scene within their music videos of them or another character getting ready by themselves or in this case by someone else. This shows their authority of everything being done for them and also shows their feminine and like most females enjoy being pampered. This type of scene will be used within my music video of my artist getting herself ready to show her independence.

Research into similar products

These two images are taken from two separate music videos. The first is from Niki Minaj's latest release 'the night is still young' This image was effective for me because the main artist is the centre of attention in majority of the scenes taken from the video, this implies that this is a common thing within music videos. Also the second image is taken from Flo Ridas single with Robin Thicke of them having a drink and a good time within a group, i am interested in doing a party type of hip hop genre theme, and scenes like these can be taken into account when i come to film my own music video.

Planning

This style music i am interested in doing, as there are lots of props and action that i am able to use to sync with the lyrics of the song. This 'TGIF' video is definitely something i am considering using for my music video, however there are plenty more I'm interested in doing.
